There are days when I'm so grateful to have Lucy around as a (sometimes) willing subject for my photos, today being one of them. I spent most of the day tackling a burgeoning mountain of emails - a very satisfying but not hugely inspiring task. By the time I'd finished, the light was fading fast and I needed to get to the supermarket to do our weekly food shop. Right on cue, Lucy sauntered down the stairs and did her best panther impression, lounging regally on the living room floor. Of course, as soon as I grabbed my camera she became more alert and gave me one of her best intense stares, right into the lens!
