Swathes of gold

I had another afternoon in my little kiosk at Hatfield Forest today, with this glorious golden scene to look at. I’m sure yet more buttercups have emerged since I was here last Thursday and the intensity of the yellow has only intensified. I’d brought a long lens with me in case the cows came visiting - sadly they didn’t. Instead I sneaked outside and chose a really low viewpoint so I could compress the scene by shooting through the buttercups.
