If Monet had been a photographer....

During a quiet spell at work this afternoon I decided to have some fun with my camera, photographing the trees around me. I’ve photographed this part of Hatfield Forest many times before, so I slowed my camera down and experimented with some intentional camera movement while the shutter was open to create a different look. The results were incredibly variable, but these two appealed to me the most. There’s something decidedly impressionistic about them and it struck me that perhaps Monet may have tried something like this if he’d been a photographer!

Kool effects!
Sorry if I'm so slow & erratic in my participation, here on PB, these days. I'm treaveling and can't always find the place & time to do any extensive comments, etc. I'll be back home in the first week of June, where I can be a little more regular.....sigh....

These two shots make me feel extremely dizzy.  Certainly not my favorites Helen.
