For the "Manual Mode" theme, I thought it would be fun to go with a long-exposure zoom. I used a silk flower arrangement from our living room as the subject, and zoomed my 40-150mm lens during the 2.5 second exposure from 150 down to about 70mm (f/11 and ISO 200).
Nice effect. Creates quite an elegant abstract. I've never tried it!
