Salad!!!

Another healthy lunch today! This time Caesar Salad: chopped celery and english cucumber, romaine lettuce, Gluten Free bread torn into pieces ( instead of croutons ),
grated parmesan and romano cheeses, and Ken's Lite Caesar Dressing - also GF!!!
Next time though, for the dressing I would use olive oil and vinegar and/or lemon juice, as the bottled dressing has too many additives!
It was yummy, though - “To die for”!!!

My kind of salad there..the dressing is good too.you inspire me to do more salads, I have all the fixings so now I'll go have one..but throw in some left over grilled chicken strips :-)

I agrre about the salad dressing , olive oil and lemon juice is healthier .
