Canal Walk

Today I decided to go in another direction as I was getting bored with my previous walks so I went down by the canal. It has yet to be flooded which provided me with good reflections and texture in the bed of the canal. I also decided to use my Russian Helios 44-2 vintage lens which I have not used in quite a while. It did a good job.

A very beautiful day which brought out hordes of folks trying to social distance, mostly successfully.

If there are benches there are also signs saying that it is a walkthrough area only. We live in the COVID 19 era...

The Helios can be pretty sharp and still have a softness about it. Nice series.
