A New Year's Walk

The first walk of the New Year took me through the Market and over to the Rideau River, a judicious mix of urban and nature. Covid walks remain important still and will I expect for the foreseeable future.

This courtyard is part of a series of courtyards in the Market.

There was just enough movement in the water to render this reflection of a seniors' retirement complex on Porters Island as an abstract.

I got lucky with the light and the weather, grey day with a hint of mist.
