April Day 1: Trees

When I took this photo outside in front of my school it was cold, miserable and rainy. I had heard comments all day on how nasty it was outside and how they wanted the sun to come out. Using the rain to my advantage, I went outside and noticed the droplets on the pine tree. I thought they would look beautiful close up, as they were reflecting rays of green light. Remembering about how people commented on how gross the rain was, I felt like they didn't get to experience it's true beauty. Even with the clouds covering the sky, the sun gave off a cool light effect, but at the same time, the reflecting raindrops seemed warm. Even if the weather seems bad at first, you can always notice small detail and beauty. I also enjoyed the fact that the tree branch seemed to be dividing into smaller trees (the pine needles). #brdhsapril #photoblog365

If we know how to look, there's beauty almost everywhere. Well done Hannah

I like the idea of beauty in the details, whatever the weather & place. Good philosophy :)
