Macro Madness | Day 32

I recently read this article titled, Which Camera is Best for Macro Photography? Mirrorless, DSLR or Point and Shoot. Check it out if you are interested in macro photography.

In addition to my Canon Rebel T3i, I have the Olympus TG-4 camera, which was called 'one of the most sophisticated, prettiest, and most durable point-and-shoots on the market'.  Since I don't have an actual macro lens for my Rebel I often use extension tubes and will be experimenting with reverse lens macro in the next month or so. This month I'm going to spend a little more time with this little Olympus camera. It is my go-to garden camera due to its compact size. It fits perfectly into my garden belt. Tonight I started playing around with the macro mode. I think the images are pretty impressive.

Wow! Those are fantastic! Who woulda thunk it? I found a devoted macro lens that I fell in love with... except for the price of course! I really want to get in more than I can with my Sigma so I have thought about looking at a point & shoot that has great macro capabilities. Glad to know yours is working great
