44/365 ~ High Key Practice

I love the look of high-key and low-key photography and would love to be able to accomplish this style effectively. For those who don't know, high-key photography uses unnaturally bright lighting to blow out most or all harsh shadows in an image. High key methods were originally developed as a solution to screens that couldn't properly display high contrast ratios, but has developed into more of a stylistic choice.

I made no post processing modifications to the first two images. I do like how they turned out. I'm not sure it would be considered high-key, although I still like the lightness of these images. I will continue to study and work on this creative technique.
