75/365 ~ Jerusalem's Arab Quarter

I'm still wandering through folder after folder of old images. Most of these images have not seen the light of day or been viewed by anyone other than myself or close friends and family following this grand adventure. These two images, from Jerusalem’s Arab Quarter, were taken on a Saturday in May of 2011 with a little Canon PowerShot. I was pretty new to photography back then, but love the subject matter nonetheless. It was a beautiful day and the sounds and smells were incredible. Since it was the Sabbath, as you can see, the Arab Quarter was the most active and colorful. It is probably the closest thing I've gotten to street photography. Tomorrow I'll stop the wandering down memory lane and start shooting more photos - as I originally intended.
