225/365 ~ Goals

by Heidi Egerman August. 15, 2018 317 views

Well, I'm two days behind on my Project365 Photoblog so I'm doing my best to catch up. My most recent 'goal' was to photograph the beautiful urns my husband just finished for our Etsy Shop. If you have followed my Photoblog you will notice that every now and then I post a product shot of my husband's work. Some folks get a bit creeped out with the thought of a cremation urn, but we have found a real niche - as there are not a lot of unique and artistic urns on the market.

Then it is back to the garden - which is becoming a bit old and tiresome this time of the summer. I'm looking for some renewed enthusiasm. Stay tuned.

Here is the marketing copy that goes with these images.

This beautiful, one-of-kind cremation urn was designed and sculpted from hand-selected Cherry wood. If you like cherry wood, you will love the beautiful grain and sculpted design of this unique urn. Cherry wood has a fine uniform, straight grain, and a satiny smooth texture.

Whether you plan to display this cremation urn during the memorial service as a ceremonial urn, store the remains permanently or temporarily to be scattered in a special location later – this custom wooden funeral urn is a versatile and unique way to honor your loved-one’s memory.

Check out our Etsy Shop if you want to see more of my husband's beautiful work. You can also see some of his other work at www.everlastingtree.com

Really beautiful urns ! I sometimes asked myself, why urns are always so ugly, but these ones are really art works !

Thank you. We thought the same thing about urns being quite unattractive. These seem like a much better way to honor someone you love.
