162/365 Calla Lily

by Helen Anders June. 14, 2021 128 views

Every fall, after the first frost, I bring in the pots of calla lilies, cut them back and put them in a dark, cool place in the basement. In late winter/early spring I resurrect them and put them near my kitchen window for a few weeks where they start growing. Then, when all threat of frost is gone, I put them outside and voilà.....they are now starting to bloom. It is so amazing!!
