Jardin de Séoul à Paris: 2012 - 2002

Du 15 au 17 juin 2012, le jardin de Séoul a fêté ses 10ans d’existence à Paris.
Le 25 mars 2002 a eu lieu son inauguration par M. Goh Kun, Maire de Séoul et M. Bertrand Delanoë, Maire de Paris.

D’une superficie de 5000 m2 et sis au jardin d'acclimatation, le jardin de Séoul s’articule principalement autour de :
* la porte du recueillement, à la recherche du bonheur (p’isemun)
* de murailles ornées de motifs géométriques et de tuiles aux roses de chine (hibiscus) et de paons
*la porte de la jeunesse éternelle (Bulomun)
* la passerelle en pierre sous la lune (월하교, wolhagyo)
* la terrasse d’où l’on regarde la lune (월대, woldae)
*le pavillon (죽우정, Jukujeong) du style architectural typique du royaume de Choseon ; il a
une hauteur de sept mètres, un toit hexagonal, des couleurs vives.

Séoul garden in Paris: 2012 - 2002

From 15th till 17th June 2012, the Seoul garden celebrated its 10 years in Paris.
March 25th, 2002 took place its inauguration by mister Goh Kun, Mayor of Seoul and mister Bertrand Delanoë, Mayor of Paris.

This garden (5000m2) is located in the “jardin d'acclimatation” and articulates mainly around:
* The door of the meditation, in search of happiness (p' isemun)
* The bulwarks decorated with geometrical motives and with tiles decorated with china roses (hibiscus ) and peacocks
*The door of the eternal youth ( Bulomun)
* The stone footbridge under the moon (월하교,Wolhagyo)
* The terrace where from we look at the moon (월대,Woldae)
* The pavillon (죽우정,Jukujeong) with an architectural style of Choseon kingdom; it is a seven meters height, an hexagonal roof and bright colors.
The architecture of this pavillon calls back the construction of temples and Korean traditional houses, hanok. - Helys photos © 2012
