Making Mimosa Eggs

Make hard-boiled eggs, cut them in half, remove the yolk and crumble them, mix them with mayonnaise (and some herbs ...) put them back in the empty white - So easy and quick! The crumbs of egg yolk remind the YELLOW mimosa flower.

Stuffed eggs a favorite in this house hold, but I have only made them with mayo, never thought of using other mixes. Nice presentation and photos.
