THE GOLDEN WATER/ It is a drink obtained by cooking the rice: the bottom of the pot is usually roasted (has a golden brown color)! This is not thrown away but water is boiled with it - So you get a golden water, a traditional daily drink. Every household has its golden water. We serve it to visitors, during meals too!
