My egg-free tiramisu with pear

My tiramisu is chocolate, not coffee! It's the despair of the great pastry chefs but my kid-tasters don't like coffee. - Tiramisu is so easy to do - Minimum 4 hours in the fridge - It’s up to you to change the cream with the liquid of your choice. Here, I used a vegetable cream. - Ingredients for 6pers/20 spoon cookies - 250g mascarpone, 20 cl liquid cream, sugar, coffee or chocolate powder for decoration and to make juice to baste cookies.
