The Inota thermal power plant (formerly known as the November 7 Thermal Power Plant) was one of the largest industrial investments in Hungary in the 1950s.

The thermal power plant supplied electricity for 50 years and was shut down and decommissioned in 2001.

After its closure, movies like Blade Runner 2047 were also shot here.

What a mega cool photo location!!! Never heard of it And the photos are all great. Do they offer tours through it?

Thank you, I'm glad you like the pictures!
There are no guided tours, the area is guarded, you can only enter with a special permit - I was in for a video clip shoot.
Of course there are always people who avoid the official path: :)
