Being raised Catholic and then marrying a Jew makes for an interesting time around the holiday season. We celebrate both Hanukkah as well as Christmas to some degree. In instances like this year with my dad (Christmas celebrator) coming to town I decided to add a little Jewish into the mix and tried my hand at my first brisket for the holiday meal.
