Transitioning to a raw food diet. Our first attempt was with these super delicious raw granola bars. A mixture of our favorite different raw, organic nuts and seeds as well as fruits.

You pulse them all together in a food processor until they are just broken up.

We added in some freshly grated apple, lemon zest, celtic sea salt, orange oil, and vanilla bean.

Top it off with blue agave nectar and stir until mixed.

If you have a food dehydrator then use that. But since I do not I spread my mix on a sheet pan and popped it in a 100 degree oven for about an hour then let the rest air dry. We sliced into bars and have been enjoying it ever since! YUM
