Hi everyone,

When it comes to hiking, this week we didn't go that far, indeed, in Clermont-Ferrand, there's a park, a little mountain that overlook the all city.

It's a park where we enjoy going because it's a ten minutes walk from our places with a great view on top and a natural diversity. Right in the middle of it, there a paddock full of goats that we are free to feed bread to. Apparently there's others animals but we've never seen them.

After a feeding session, we set our mats on the ground next to the paddock thinking that it would be a challenging spot because we're in a slopping position. We've never thought that our yoga session would interest some of the goats. But it did !

In that photo, we are doing the shoulder stand pose, it's a yoga pose wherein the whole body is balanced on the shoulders. The pose is highly beneficial in maintaining the mental and physical health.

What about you know, have you already tried goat yoga? Without the fences, because it's a thing now !

We hope you're enjoy our photos and the next of our adventures in Auvergne !
