I'm starting week 4 of "Couch to 5K" - I’ve worked up to running 16 mins - with the whole combined walk/ run nearly 4km. This is the new route I tried along the grass tracks by the field edges, turning back where you can see the trees end at the right hand side of the picture. Lovely & all off road
