Visit of another 'old lady'

I popped down the harbour for a stroll at lunctime and spotted the schooner Gallant moored up on a pontoon. It seems to be here for a couple of days or so before heading to France.

The Gallant was built in the Netherlands back in 1916 as a herring logger fishing boat and was originally called Jannetje Margaretha. After various name changes and different careers the vessel was acquired by the Zeilship De Gallant foundation in 1987 and fully restored. Today she is chartered by the Blue Schooner Company and operates as a training school, embarks passengers and carries cargo using only wind power.

Here's a couple of phone grabs from as close as I could get.
