16. Don't Ever Leave Me

by Jon Laysell December. 02, 2008 5171 views

Two of the last leaves on the Tigger Tree, clinging on together like elderly lovers who want to go together.

All shots here were taken with the 50mm lens. Three had a 12mm extension tube, one was the lens on its own. The trouble with the tube is that it limits the depth of focus. The trouble without it is having to take a big step back and then crop the picture so the quality isn't as good. The difference in colouring isn't down to the tube, I also changed the white balance.

Lovely detail and color - interesting the way the leaves curl as they do.
