The Greek theatre in Taormina was built around the 3rd century BCE but then completely rebuilt by the Romans a century later. It is still used for concerts and performances and is a really popular tourist attraction.
Through gaps in the walls you can see Etna and the Sicilian coastline and it makes for dramatic images.
