Bun shop

You know when you see a huge line of people queuing up at a food stall that there must be something tasty going on. On my first trip to Taipei walking around the back streets, not far from Taipei station, I saw this bun shop/stall with a big queue so I had to try some.
I don't know what they are called, at first I thought it might be shaobing, but looking that up on Google the pictures don't match. The best way to describe them would be an oven cooked bun stuffed with meat and onion about the size of a fist; not quite the same as dumplings as the outside was hardened and browned.
Anyway, whatever the name they were absolutely delicious and I had to put all of my tracking skills to the test when I went back to Taipei this year, to find them again.

The girl in the picture looks like she's holding her nose against the smell, which might give the wrong impression… I think she might just be scratching it.
