Claustrophobia in the Vinh Moc tunnels

Apparently visiting the civilian Vinh Moc tunnels is ‘better for Westerners’ than the Viet Cong Cu Chi tunnels because they were built for civilians rather than soldiers and are less claustrophobic.
However, if you are taller than 5 feet I think you will still struggle to make it round without emerging with a hunched back and neck.
We walked through, following a guide who pointed out tiny spaces, declaring them to be maternity rooms, family bedrooms etc before gathering us all together in an extremely small space that used to be the meeting room/cinema. There was around 12 of us fighting for space in a room that had been used regularly by around 25-30 Vietnamese…
