Mystics Theme Bon Appetit....Brussel Sprouts?!?!

YES BRUSSEL SPROUTS!!!! i love love love them:))

Bacon Cheddar Brussel Sprouts
Brussel Sprouts
Cheddar cheese shredded
bacon
1 tbsp butter
1/3 cup chicken stock

trim brussel sprouts and cut in quarters
Fry bacon in pan
remove bacon
add sprouts to pan with butter and stock and cover stirring frequently until tender

Pour sprouts into baking dish and mix with bacon
sprinkle cheese on top
bake at 350degrees F for 5 min or until cheese melts
BON APPETIT!!

Best bought on the stalk like this insures freshness!!

remove sprouts from stalk with paring knife

      OK....here's something sad.....I've never even seen Brussell sprouts on the stalk....just individually in the produce bin, or in a bag! I do love to eat them, though, and your recipe looks delicious! Great job in presenting this series of excellent shots, Jenny!
