I realise that have amounted a “bit” of a new archive of shots…….. soooooooooo, I trawl through and select just a few… a little random in selection, true… but hopefully worth posting!!!
Love yaa all, Jim ;))

Me getting it a little out of focus….. the dogs just adding to the blur with speed !!!!

Misko a little spooked by something…. time to go over to James for protection!?!?….. daft girl!

Grrrr…. dont you get too close to my hive, you!!!

Took this shot in the early evening…. had to use the built in flash and got as close as i could (and dared!!) using the max focal length available… the trusty monopod was a must!!;…..this image is cropped from original

Rather a wet May for once…. the “garden pond” getting filled somewhat early…… roughly 8“ of water in it!!…… the barrow has become a ”water feature" too!!!!!!!!!!!

My little retreat, my base, my get-away from everybody….. cozy and full of character….. and so often a mess!!!!….. LOL

Hi jim I'm catdad a very good friend of patty's, that strange looking tree is more like a bush, I believe its a cousin to mahogany, its called manzanita and mostly thives around the western US and mexico, its very flammable in nature and does not help our local wildfires, But it has a plus I use it on my BB-Q to add a sweet smoky infusion to what ever is on the grill. It transalates from Greek to mean bearberries enjoy cd
