Misty Blue

My Daughter. Surfside Beach, SC. Shot on a cool, misty, foggy morning in mid-summer last year. Taken with a Nikon, and a 1st generation Lensbaby which added to the softness with that plastic lens and all.
Nikon D300, Lensbaby, F4, 1/2000, Underexposed 1.5 stops. One of the tricks of the (older) lensbaby is to use the +/- compensation button if your camera has one to adjust the exposure. The lensbaby for instance is such a simple device that many camera meters don't work. Everything has to be done manually. I usually guestimate at the first shot, then use the +/- comp button to adjust from there. The duotone (blue) and slight border added in post.
