Epidaurus

OK, so you may have thought this was a photo of the famous theatre at Epidaurus, Greece. I can certainly understand how you reached that conclusion.

But it's actually a shot of my dear wife photographing a cat.

This cat. It has naturally selected the best seat in the house. Cats do things like that.

What an extraordinary place. Fourth century BC. The design is exquisite and the acoustics are incredible. One can (famously, and actually) hear a coin drop on a stone on the stage area when you're seated at the top level. You can see the stone I'm talking about in the middle of the first shot.

I like the symmetry in #4 and #5. And as a catlover, I love #2. Yes cats know, they are teachers for a conscious life ...smile

Thanks Heike! An amazing place. As for cats, I think they're scary ...
