The final day of our Nepal mountain trek was a rapid descent from high altitude through green on green countryside.

Everything was so lush following the late monsoon rains.

Our final day involved a steep descent, which I thought would be easy. I was wrong! Lucky the views made up for it.

And at last we hit some flatter parts. We'd made it back to where we started. What a great 5 days, worth every sore muscle.
