Hofburg at Lunchtime
I typically take my tuesday pictures in Vienna here, in case no one has noticed the pattern yet. It has to do with my Lunchtime break. But as far as photography is concerned, I feel that my photos typically lack a human element. I have a hard time capturing people without either feeling awkward or getting posed pictures.
So this day was an attempt to put a human element into my photos. Whether it was successful or not, it is still pretty telling about the Hofburg, the winter residence of the Hapsburgs. It's filled with people all the time, and one can hear a billion languages there. It's a center of traffic. All that is missing is the line of horse-drawn carriages that usually line the street seen here.
