This is my first post. I stumbled across the 365 Photo challenge a few days ago, and decided to do it.
I started yesterday with Negative Space. I don't think what I did is exactly negative space, but I was playing around with the sky between some trees. This is from the backyard of my home in the city (Johannesburg), so the visible sky is pretty much non existent, but I don't think it was a terrible result for a first attempt at star photography.
The small constellation at the bottom is Crux (or The Southern Cross). Most the other starts in the image where not even visible.
