2008 MAR 09 | BINTER new livery

Together with the last flight of TAP's A310 to Madeira, we had an unexpected visit, the ATR72 from Naysa with the brand new livery of BINTER.
It came in the first day of operations, after beeing painted in France and ferried the day before…
Still i had oportunity to register some nice photos of the SATA Air Açores ATP, the one that will start operations to Canary Islands. SATA Air Açores will be the only airline operating in the three archipelagos (Azores, Madeira and Canary Islands)…

Completely unexpected, didn't saw the landing either, here it cames the Binter's new livery…

I think it's very refreshing…

ANAM's paid Binter to have the colors of ANAM's image? (just kidding)

The interior of this ATR72

Thanks to the captain for let us in…

Captain's position

Two kinds of green…

Thumbs up, "coast is clear!

Thumbs up and see you!

A closer look to the tail…

Here we can see better the livery below…

Opportunity now to photograph the ATP closely, it looks very shiny

The angle of the wings are very accentuated :)

six propellers, same as the ATR72-500

This type of nose reminds me a bird, but i don't remember which one

Shiny paint, probably had a paint job recently…

Rotating almost in front of us, and …

i'm not used to photographing here, because it pass so fast, eh eh…

It's been a while (probably more than an year) since i didn't take pictures from this position. Nice!

Nice set, specially the Binter ones. It really was the cherry on top of the cake for that day.
