Day 62: The Masters

by John Nelson March. 03, 2010 2842 views

Golf is the art of driving hard, avoiding the rough, surmounting traps and hazards, aiming straight, and arriving on the green at last, only to end up in a hole in the ground before your companions. The favored pastime of businessmen and their cronies, probably without a full appreciation of its metaphorical implications. - Rick Bayan [en.wikipedia.org]

It kills me that this shot isn't sharper than it is. Alas, this is part of my daily journey…like learning that the minimum focal distance printed on the lens is probably worth looking at and taking into consideration.

Location: Not on a golf course, sadly
Camera: Canon Rebel XTi
Lens: Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II [the-digital-picture.com]

Besides being on the lens, it's probably also "in the book."
