Day 307: Railroad Tracks in HDR

by John Nelson November. 03, 2010 2790 views

I've been wanting to photograph some railroad tracks and do them in HDR. I went overboard with the HDR processing, but that was my intention…it's the end result I wanted. Actually, I wanted a little more decay/grunge in the metal and just didn't put much effort into figuring out how to do it.

I just remembered that I didn't remove the rusty metal from the tracks! I hope I don't de-rail the train!

I really like the composition of #1, but I love the angle, the editing, and the details in #2.
