Last year, as a wedding gift, my husband and I received a voucher for a “sponsored adventure in the Bernese Oberland”. Yesterday, as promised, our two friends who know the region well took us on a day hike through the mountains. The hike was long and tough but the different sections varied in their incline, making it an enjoyable challenge.
The views were breathtaking and the beers at the end of the hike well deserved! The day ended with a delicious Fondue and a few games of cards.
