I would love to go too. I'm not much for the big cities. I'd love to travel around to the small villages, instead, away from the traditional tourist areas to see how country folks like me live...I'm sure it would be much more affordable, as well....

I been living long time in Italy now, and it never stops to surprise me. Each village will have something exciting to be seen. Granita in Sicily is an artwork ;-)
