hate is not welcome

Today I went to the protest beginning at Battery Park against the the recent executive order banning immigrants and refugees entry into the United States. I find myself completely at a loss with regularity lately so it's important to do the things I can do to stand up for what I believe in. More than one photo today.

I watch also from very far away, but with such hope and pride in all those who stand up to protest. His actions are and will continue to affect the whole world - so very well done for being brave from those of us who are not there to stand with you!

Thanks Kaeyla! All I can say is many of us are shamed/sorry and hope to do what we can to alleviate his actions in the world. I'm glad that is a cause for hope.

#7 Is so touching. We all look up to America to lead. As citizens, you guys are doing a great job of keeping that beacon of hope alive!

Thanks Ram! The man behind that man was his son and they came out to protest together, which I thought was really cool. I hope our voices make a difference.
