Inspiration
I have an admission to make.
I have yet to go running this year. I could use the excuse that I have not been well (true), too busy (pushing the definition of truth) and confined to the house due to waiting for many home shopping orders to be delivered (OK, that's a downright lie. Sorry!).
However, I hereby promise that I will have gone for at least one run by the end of the month; and when I do I will be listening to upbeat music as I hear it helps with maintaining pace and encouraging going further. We shall see...
