Iced Gems
Due to medical condition which can only be controlled by a very high fibre diet I have to be very careful about what I eat. However, I have to admit to succumbing to one of my guilty pleasures on occasion - the mighty Mini Gem. There is something about the way they crunch and melt in your mouth which is truly delightful.
