Chefchaouen Morocco Sunset

by Kevin Wenning March. 21, 2019 270 views

I'm working on a talk about Morocco for a local travel group so I'm visiting my catalog again to pull out some additional images.

I have photographed from this spot twice now on the hill next to Chaouen. They were both about the same time of evening but totally different times of the year. Both times I went up the hill hoping for clouds to give me a brilliant sunset and both times they were cloudless nights. Oh well. Between the two, I think I prefer the pano just before the sun dips over the mountain.

Really tough call. #1 has a beautiful, expansive feel to it, but I also love the blues in #2.

Thanks for the comment. Yeah, 2 feels a little more vibrant and intimate I suppose.

I suppose it comes down to format whether I use #1 or #2 for the social and web and whatever else. Limitations of the platform and all...

I love them both, but the drama in #2 is STELLAR!

I wasn't going for drama but okay. You feel more drama in the lights in #2?
