In more than one shot it looks like they tried this with a bull, not a cow. I don't want to imagine the consequences. I've always been impressed by the horses in these situations: very brave animals.

Risk is as high as soldiers in a war! In the last shot, the guy holding the tail could have his lower jawbone relocated very easily by that back leg!
