On the annual day-before-the-new-year-begins, we'll be reminiscing all of the events that occurred in our lives over the course of one year and we'll be doing the same thing we always do whilst holding a drink in our hand: swearing to break bad habits, mulling over regrets about things you had done that you wish you hadn't. And promising to make changes to be a better you, whether by drinking more water, getting more sleep, or exercising for longer than that minute where you stand up to stretch from your seat at work. But how about now? Start making those changes now. It isn't like the first day of the new year is a real timeline. A "new you" can come about before you decide to regret anything. Why wait?
"New You" 's Eve.
