Day 131: Young Stick Insect

Here are three photos of a tiny green stick insect. I think that it had been alive only for a short while as it did not walk very confidently but instead wobbled about and walked awkwardly.

It was very small for a stick insect. About 2 cm long. I have previously taken photos of stick insects (Day 4: Stick InsectDay 30: A Native) but never one so small!

Still getting used to its legs!

Thanks Rob! The colour of the stick insect worked well with the green plant I think. The black behind it was also very good!
