I was in town with the family on this afternoon. At the time I was waiting for them to come out of the Fish & Chip shop. It also raining quite hard! I took notice of the rain outside. I saw that the larger raindrops made big splashes so I framed up the shot to include them. I used a slow shutter speed to show the movement of the water.
I really like how the lights from the shop are reflected off the rushing water.
