Tiny blossoms caught in the hairs of a head of grain
Macro Monday outdoors in green hues...
Yesterday (Sunday), when I took these photos, it occurred to me to experiment and try out the macro extension tube with my new zoom lens. I was curious what the macro effect would be like.
The zoom lens itself achieves an almost macro-like degree of detail already on its own, but it seems that this combination is better than with my standard lens which is 28-55.

There were a few individual cereal plants growing wild along the side of the path and not in the field where they belong. The wind must have carried their seeds over to the hedges which form the border to the fields.

I took these photos on late Sunday afternoon, enjoying warm summer-like weather - finally! We're back in Germany since one week and I am gradually getting over my cold.
Beautiful, Lee! I love the vibrant green color and the little touch of purple on the stem in #3.
Thank you Bethany! I‘m glad you enjoyed them and took the time to comment, I appreciate it
