There’s usually a good reason why a road is less travelled: it’s desolate, empty and devoid of interesting things.
While we were on vacation in western USA, one day after driving for at least an hour without seeing another vehicle, my husband pulled over. He got out of the rental car and stood in the middle of the road, taking pictures.
"What are you doing?" I asked "There's nothing here and nothing different than the landscape of the past hour."
"That's it. I've never seen nothing like this before" he answered.
So I took a picture of him taking a picture of nothing on a road less travelled. So little travelled, that it's like brand new and you can stand in the middle of it and take photos as long as you like.
