Simple is usually not easy.
To perform meditation, you sit still and concentrate on your breathing.
For years now, I have tried to practice meditation. It was one of those things which was supposed to be "good for me" to relieve stress. Honestly, I think it just stresses me out even more.
As soon as I sit down on the cushion, the monkey inside my brain grabs the vines in my cerebral jungle and starts swinging all over the place and screeching very loud. It's very much like torture for me.
How can something which looks so simple be so hard?
